We offer affordable, clean, close to BYU off campus university housing. We have 2 bed/1 bath and 3 bed/2 bath units. Our single student rooms can be rented as two-person or private rooms.

Three of the extras we offer are BYU single student housing, close to BYU and Internet.

The nearest full-service grocery store is Macy. Two nearby eateries are Burger King and Pizza Factory. Many of our residents enjoy canyon hiking and Kiwanis Park which are in the neighborhood.
